Final Allocation Policy
Due to the chemical nature of raw research materials, all allocations are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds to protect the integrity of our inventory batches.
Before Submission
Please review material names, quantities, shipping information, and payment method details before submitting an allocation request. If information is incorrect, contact the site operator before payment is sent or requested.
Declined or Unfulfilled Requests
If an allocation request is declined before fulfillment or cannot be completed, the site operator may cancel the request and provide follow-up instructions. Confirmed and fulfilled allocations remain final unless the operator determines that an administrative correction is required.
Handling and Integrity
Returned raw research materials cannot be accepted into inventory. This protects batch integrity, chain-of-custody records, and operational separation between released materials and retained inventory.
